London is the capital of England and one of the busiest cities in all of Europe. If you’re a first-time Europe traveler from the United States, then London might be the best place to go first because it’ll be the easiest transition. There are several things to do and places to see, so here are three suggestions of activities to do in London:
#1 Buckingham Palace

Buckingham Palace is home to British royalty. It’s a historic sight and the palace guards are placed around the palace for everyone to see. When people think of historical Britain, they think of the monarchy, so give it a visit!
#2 Soccer Match

England is the soccer capital of the world, and London has several clubs and stadiums to go see a match. There are seven Premier League teams located in London including Tottenham Hotspur, Arsenal, Chelsea, and West Ham. Catching a game at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, The Emirates, or Stanford Bridge would be a great way to encapsulate yourself in British sports, and maybe you’ll find a team to support!
#3 Warner Bros. Studio

Are you a big Harry Potter fan? Well then visiting the Warner Bros. Studio should be on your list. You can visit Diagon Alley, dine in the great hall, Platform 9 3/4, see original props and costumes, and learn how they did certain special VFX.
