Physical activities or exercise can reduce the risk of developing sickness like diabetes, cancer or cardiovascular disease. Exercising is a great stress reliever, exercising gives you a boost of energy and decreases heart pressure and heart rate.

Go offline 

It is always good to take some ME time and go offline and disconnect from everything. Social media carries a lot of information and everything goes by really fast, being able to disconnect is always going to be a healthy habit. 

Learn something new 

Knowledge does not weigh. Everyday the world keep changing, new stuff are created and a look of things are needed. No one has ever gained anything by not knowing, being able to always being update and constantly learning something new is a way to exercise the brain and of always being at the forefront. 

Sleep well

There is no way to perform at our 100% when we are tired. Getting quality sleep helps you with metal health, physical health and a quality and safety life. Adults are recommend to have from 7 to 9 hours of sleep. The way you feel awake depends on how much you sleep. 

Be consistent 

Life is about being consistent with everything, most of the good thing comes after being consistent with it. Being consistent is not always easy, as humans we get tired and we feel that we can’t anymore but in those times is when we have to give our best and try harder. Hard work and consistency always give positive payoff. 

Drink a lot of water 

The human body is approximately 70% water. Every cell and organ require water to function. Humans everyday normally loss water through sweat, urine, breathing and more. Drinking water is a habit that will accompanied us for the rest of our life and at the same time will keep us healthy and away from Diarrhea, arsenic poisoning, fluorosis, intestinal parasites and more.
