While maintaining social distancing this week, we got to sit down and chat with indie/soul singer-songwriter Kylie Odetta. There is no one better to talk to than Kylie about pursuing your passion. Kylie has been hard at work the past year. She released 3 original songs, traveled, gigged, and recently won an Upstate Music Award for Best Music Video for her single “Too Broke Too Busy.”
Kylie spoke with us about the value that diversifying her streams of income and the importance of seeking out opportunities. Kylie also opened about authenticity and building relationships with her audience through social media and music.
