For the Base
- Two açaí blocks
- 12 oz coconut water
- Two frozen bananas
- Handful of buckwheat
- Brazil nuts
- Cocao nibs
- Coconut shreds
- Seasonal fruits (blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries)

Make sure you have a blender, mixing spoon, and bowl ready to go. For the açaí base, blend the two açaí blocks with the coconut water until well mixed. Add in the two bananas and blend until smooth.
